Independent procurement coordination
About Control Valve Sourcing
Control Valve Sourcing coordinates factory wholesale quotes for discrete control-valve purchases. Buyers own specifications; factories confirm feasibility; this office aligns comparable envelopes. We do not claim original-equipment identity, a maker-appointed selling role, or a warehouse of ready serials. Decision ownership stays with the people named on the later purchase order. The service name on this site is our own procurement label, not a factory brand.

Decision dependencies
Independent coordination means we circulate one written brief and return supplier answers. It does not mean we have audited those plants, certified the trim, or accepted the loop on the buyer’s behalf.
-
Input dependency
- Required input
- A usable brief names body style, size, flow cases or hydraulic circuit, working pressure, temperature, viscosity, failure position or de-energized center, quantity and destination. Without those items, factories cannot quote the same envelope. Footprint and connected-load notes belong only when a skid or actuator heater is actually in scope.
- Owner
- The buyer’s engineering or maintenance owner supplies that packet. This office can list missing fields; it cannot invent process data or a hydraulic schematic.
-
Review dependency
- Supplier documents, test certificates and accessory lists are evidence from that factory for that offer. They do not become credentials of Control Valve Sourcing.
- Open question: who signs FAT/SAT language and who stores spare trim or coils after delivery. Those names belong in the contract, not in a slogan.
