pressure control valve
Quote coordination for a pressure control valve starts from one written envelope: size, port rating, set or modulating range, fluid, working pressure, temperature, viscosity, failure position, quantity and destination. Control Valve Sourcing requests factory wholesale quotes against that list so included items and exclusions can be compared. We do not operate a pre-audited factory roster. Tooling, installation, shipping, training and commissioning stay inside or outside the offer only when a named supplier writes them down. A catalog set-pressure sketch is not a loop result.

Decision dependencies
-
Input dependency
- Required input
- Which assumptions must suppliers quote for pressure control valve? Repeat NPS/DN or cartridge cavity, port connections, set or modulating range, min/normal/max flow, inlet and outlet conditions, working pressure, temperature, viscosity, failure position, quantity and destination. If a directional valve is also in the same package, write the de-energized center and port ratings separately so the pressure-control line is not used to validate spool paths.
- Owner
- The buyer or the buyer’s process engineer owns the duty statement. Control Valve Sourcing does not invent set points or relieve the buyer of that input.
-
Review dependency
- Each factory should restate body style, trim or cartridge type, actuator or spring range, included flanges or manifolds, and which seat-leakage and pressure-test records apply to the delivered item. Mixing a process pressure-control globe with a hydraulic relief cartridge in one table without naming the difference is not a comparable answer.
- Unresolved question: which port connections and center condition are required when a directional valve is de-energized, if that valve is listed on the same purchase? Leave it blank rather than copying a process-valve failure position onto a spool.
